BEE Supplier Verification

You need to get all your suppliers BEE certificates when doing your own BEE scorecard. We will take this function over and phone the clients accumulating their BEE certificates on your behalf.

Steps to B-BBEE Verification:

1. Contact us to talk about your requirements and arrange a free consultation.
2. We liaise with you to gather all relevant information required in formulating your B-BBBE assessment. You’ll also benefit from free tools such as our BEE Compliance Questionnaire and Supplier Template to help you uncover all relevant material.
3. We get to work on analysing the information you have provided for your scorecard. We then evaluate resources and competencies (including procurement analysis) and send you the corresponding Verification Plan in readiness for your onsite evaluation.
4. Your Onsite Verification Report is prepared and sent to you once your onsite verification has taken place. This is your opportunity to make comments and highlight any areas that need further attention.
5. Once your business has been verified, we issue a Final Rating Certificate, together with an Executive Summary. We’ll also inform the Department of Trade and Industry of your new B-BBEE Procurement Recognition Level.
6. The BEE Empowered mark/logo will be available for you to use on your stationary or other company materials to demonstrate your B-BBEE status. We’ll also list your business, along with your status, on our website .
